The Quiet Corner

The so called “Quiet Corner”
is home to a bevy of new
England’s most beautiful natural
sights. Mansfield hollow is
hailed as one of the army Corps
of Engineers’ most impressive
work, while the tucked away
Diana’s pool has scenery to rival
anything in new England.
or if you want to get away for
a weekend and try to brave the
great outdoors with the aid of
just lighter fluid and a case of
(root) beer, cool campgrounds
are just a short drive away, but
will make you feel much farther.
and while you’re outside at
night, look up. the extra-dark
lights of the area, due to the
limited commercial lighting, is
a well known secret to amateur
and real astronomers around the
world, Eastern Ct skies were
even covered by the nY times.
So check out those stars, man..
