Affiliation with tertiary care facilities, such as Hartford Hospital, the UConn Medical Center, and the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center provide additional services to our patients while the Paramedic Program and Integrative Health Services bring medical and other services that improve the quality of life for residents in the 19 towns we serve. Our service area includes Andover, Ashford, Brooklyn, Canterbury, Chaplin, Colchester, Columbia, Coventry, Eastford, Franklin, Hampton, Hebron, Lebanon, Mansfield, Scotland, Sprague, Tolland, Willington, and Windham.
